Frank Bognet, Esquire
A lifelong resident of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Attorney Bognet served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Electronics Technician. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in the civil and criminal trial courts of Pennsylvania and appeals in all of the Pennsylvania Appellate courts. He has successfully defended numerous motorists and OTR truckers charged with various motor vehicle violations from speeding to overweight to Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He has an extensive practice in administration of decedent's estates in several counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is a PA licensed Title Insurance Agent and has been issuing title policies for decades.
He graduated from the University of Scranton with degrees in English and History and with a Juris Doctorate from The Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.
In his spare time, he loves riding his motorcycle, studying history, writing book reviews (some of which are posted and may be reviewed online), metal detecting (treasure hunting), and giving tours of cities up and down the east coast. He previously served as a volunteer advisor for the Hazleton Area High School Mock Trial Team and on the Board of Trustees of the Luzerne County Community College.
